When a concentrated user effort is required, those users will need support. Questions on software, password resets, and troubleshooting services can make the difference between a positive or negative user experience. The CSU provides continuous or limited term, scalable help desks to make sure that your test day, webinar, or other online event runs as smooth as possible.


Training is a core element of what we do at the CSU. Once your need is understood, your tool developed and implemented; that's where training comes into play. The CSU has several excellent trainers on staff, each with their own areas of technical expertise and excellent communication skills. Small group, large lecture, drop in, lunch and learn... the CSU can provide training that matches your culture and meets your needs.

Workflow Enhancement

Part of growing efficiency and designing better systems is the ability to understand and alter workflow. The CSU uses business management process 2.0 standard software to help you map, and understand how you want your workflow to work, how it really works, and what needs to change to achieve your new ideal processes.

Instructional Materials

The CSU can create rich web based resources including online training modules, and detailed instructional videos designed to show and explain procedures to the user in a clear and structured manner. We also can create illustrated navigation guides for the reference of your users.
