Web Conferencing (WebEx)

Webconferencing (WC) is a lower-cost, lower fidelity method of collaboration, concentrating on universal accessibility and functionality. To create a virtual WC room, simply request an account within Webex if you don't have one already and use the Webex site to create your room and invite your participants to join from any computer.

Requirements

Requires each user to have their own personal computer
High-speed wired internet connection highly recommended for optimal quality
For optimal experience, each user who will be speaking should have their own computer microphone/speakers (headset recommended for best audio quality)
Training is required (for first time-users)
